1. Booking & Reservation Policy
- All workshops require advance booking and payment to secure your spot. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
- For private events or large groups, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made *48 hours or more* prior to the workshop will receive a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made *within 48 hours* of the workshop are *non-refundable*. Your booking fee may be transferred to a future workshop credit, subject to a rescheduling fee.
- No-shows will forfeit their payment and are not eligible for a refund or credit.* We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, minimum attendance not met). In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.
3. Late Arrival Policy**
- Please arrive on time. The workshop will start promptly as scheduled.
- Late arrivals may miss crucial instructions and may not be able to complete their project. We will do our best to catch you up, but we cannot delay the session for other participants.
4. Safety Guidelines
- All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the instructor.
- For your safety, closed-toe shoes are recommended. Please avoid wearing loose clothing or dangling sleeves.
- Children under a certain age (e.g., 12 years old) must be accompanied by a participating adult.
- The workshop is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow instructions.
5. Workshop Experience
- Each participant will create their own candle(s) to take home.
- Curing time is required for certain types of candles (e.g., soy wax). You will be informed when your creation is ready for pickup if it cannot be taken home immediately.
- We encourage creativity! However, please consult with your instructor before deviating significantly from the designed project.
6. Photo & Video Policy
- We may take photos or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us at the beginning of the session.
7. Damage or Loss of Personal Property
- The workshop is not liable for the damage or loss of any personal belongings brought into the studio.
8. Allergies & Sensitivities
- Please be aware that our workshops involve fragrances (essential oils/fragrance oils) and heated wax. If you have any known allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before booking.
- By booking a workshop, you agree to the above policies.
